<p>Isometrics are really a very simple exercise and can be done any where, in short all they are is flexing your muscle for a certain period of time, So if you wanted to do isometrics for your abs you would simply flex your ab muscles and hold for roughly 30 seconds to a minute and repeat for around 5 sets.</p>
<p>I also Checked out the article on Mens Fitness, about The Situation Workout and his 8 fitness rules. These are actually very helpfull tips and I highly recommend you follow them in your own workout and lifestyle.</p>

<p>But I want to hand you three steps that will speed up your path to look like the situation.</p>
<p>Step One: Get a hold of the situation workout program, and follow it religiously. You can find loads of free information online about getting fit, getting lean and building up your muscles. I have to tell you, though, I&#8217;ve never had as much success using free programs. What has worked the best for me is committing to a system that has proven results, setting explicit and realistic goals, and tracking my progress. <p>Step Two: Eat high protein foods like fish, chicken and steak, and stick to a clean and healthy diet. Your diet needs to be as strict as your workouts do. Despite all those nights doing shots at the club, you better believe that Mike &#8220;The Situation&#8221; Sorentinno is very careful about what he consumes.</p>
<p>Step Three: Find a workout parter; while this step is frequently ignored, I have learned that being accountable to someone else will make you challenge yourself more and stick with your goals. There will be times you won&#8217;t be able to find someone to work out with, and those times, it helps to have some good music on your mp3 player.</p>

The Long Islander and star of hit reality show the Jersey Shore who coined the phrase “Gym, Tan, Laundry”   is cashing in on his lean and shredded physique by unleashing a workout DVD with the sole mission of turning your midsection into a well-crafted work of art.</p>
<p>Is this DVD the real deal? Well to the The Situation&#8217;s defense he was a personal trainer long before he turned reality star, and judging by his physique he knows a thing or 2 about working out. I guess only time will tell if his 5, 15-minute sets will get the entire country lean, we&#8217;ll just have to wait and see.</p>
